All services provided by Lobos Estate Services, LLC are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced. Scheduled clients accept full financial responsibility for the service window.

We are not liable for damage to unmarked utilities, irrigation lines, or structural issues discovered during industrial clearing operations. Clients are responsible for marking sensitive assets.
Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon completion and receipt of digital invoice unless prior written partnership arrangements exist.
